How to turn on the soundbar using the buttons?

Long press the circular button in the middle of the soundbar panel to Turn ON /OFF.

Short Press it for Pausing/Playing.

After pairing the soundbar, there is no sound or the volume is low?

The volume of the TV/Phone and the soundbar are separate.

Turn up the TV/Phone volume to the maximum, and then turn up the soundbar volume.

How to connect HDMI(ARC) or SPDIF?

1. Change TV audio output to HDMI(ARC) or OPTICAL.

(setting>sound/audio>sound output/speakers>HDMI(ARC)/OPTICAL)

2. Change the audio format to PCM.

(sound/audio>digital output>PCM)

After connecting HDMI, there is still no sound from the soundbar.

Make sure the Output port you plug in the TV is HDMI(ARC) but not HDMI.

There will be no sound if connected to a normal HDMI.

When I use APPs such as Netflix on the TV, the soundbar has no sound.

The soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS.

Please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TV audio settings or streaming video APPs like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube.
